AlcoholAccording to the law, alcohol will only be served to permitted festival visitors.Children and young people up to the appropriate age are not given alcohol.

RibbonsYour ticket will be exchanged for a festival wristband at the checkout. This bracelet is placed around your wrist and is not transferable.

teenagersYoung people aged 12 and over are permitted to visit the festival with a legal guardian. The legal regulations regarding alcohol consumption apply to us. We recommend that you take the federal government's youth recommendations into account.

ChildrenBringing children is permitted. Children under 12 years of age have free entry when accompanied by their legal guardian (ID required). Except in the VIP area. We strongly recommend that children be equipped with hearing protection.

MerchandiseYes we have merchandise. Availability after the festival is always severely limited as most items are sold out. We therefore recommend that you buy your merchandise at the festival.

To swimFor all festival visitors who would like to cool off, there is a swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. The festival ticket or wristband does not count as admission. Entrance must be paid separately on site. [Link]

AnimalsAs much as we like animals, we don't do them any favors with all the people and the noise. Therefore, animals are prohibited on the entire festival grounds. The only exception are service dogs which are necessary for the visitor.

Prohibited itemsProhibited items will be confiscated by security upon entry to the concert area. We have listed the most common requests for properties here. Means of paymentThe payment options at the festival are as follows: Cash (CHF, EUR) TWINT as well as card payments with the most common card providers.

Arrival by carGetting to Grenchen by car is easy. Follow the signs on the road to get to the right place. A parking ticket is mandatory.

Arrival by public transportWe recommend traveling by public transport. Grenchen can be easily reached by train or bus. The festival site is about a 10-minute walk from Grenchen Süd train station. It's a little further from Grenchen Nord train station, so we recommend taking the bus.

Arrival by camperGetting to Grenchen by camper is easy. Follow the camping signs on the road to get to the right place. A motorhome camping ticket is mandatory.

Arrival by bikeYou can easily get to the festival by bike. You don't need a parking ticket for this. There are enough parking spaces around the festival site. Just remember to lock your bike when you arrive.

Arrival by motorcycleArrival by motorcycle is also possible. You don't need a parking ticket for this. The motorcycle parking spaces around the festival site are limited. Avoid wild parking and please do not put your motorcycle anywhere in the way.

Arrival by taxiThe taxi services have access to the festival site. It is possible to get out comfortably in the immediate vicinity of the festival site.

Parking ticketParking tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets can be purchased on site. The following applies: 1 parking ticket = 1 car = valid all days

WasteThere are trash cans throughout the festival grounds. For the good of everyone, please use these and dispose of your waste in the designated container.

Barrier-freeWe try to make the festival area as barrier-free for everyone as possible. We have a special spectator ramp for visitors in wheelchairs and other handicaps with a good view of the main stage. Tickets for wheelchairs or handicapped visitors are available from our official pre-purchase point. Accompanying persons and service dogs are also permitted. DrugsDrug use is illegal and prohibited on the entire festival grounds. A misdemeanor can lead to criminal charges.

CamperMotorhome camping is only possible with a valid WOMO ticket. Here 1 ticket = 1 person + 1 motorhome. All other people in the motorhome need a normal camping ticket. The instructions of the orientation staff at the campsite must be followed.

Tent setupAll tents must be set up storm-proof. The tents must be anchored to the ground. If a storm is reported, all pavilion tents and other loose items must be dismantled immediately and stowed away safely. You must follow the helpers when setting up and dismantling the tents.

harassmentIf you are harassed by someone, go to the nearest security post and seek protection there.

theftWe recommend that you bring as many valuables as possible to the festival. We assume no liability for stolen items. If you want to file a report about theft, you must do so directly through the police.

EvacuationIn the event of an evacuation, it is imperative that you follow the information. The information is given on the screens, via PA and by the staff. In the event of an evacuation, remain calm. We recommend that visitors who have arrived by car get into their cars and seek shelter there.

SanitaryWe have supervised Samaritan posts on site. If you feel unwell or have other health problems, we recommend that you visit the Samaritan post.

SecurityThere will be security personnel on site throughout the festival. If you have any problems, you can contact the security staff. The instructions of the security personnel must be followed at all times.

AccreditationYou can apply for accreditation here. [Apply] The accreditation window is open until a few weeks before the festival.Registration is not a definitive confirmation of accreditation. All media professionals are selected by us and receive their written email confirmation at least a few weeks before the festival. Media spaces are limited.

DronesDrone photography is strictly prohibited without our permission. Repeated actions can lead to criminal charges.

Photo + videoIt is not permitted to bring professional photo and video recording devices. Professional recordings can only be made with media accreditation.
